Return Policy

- Returning clothing items is possible within 14 days.

- Returning jewelry and accessories is NOT possible due to hygiene reasons.

- If the jewelry arrived damaged by the post, we would like to receive a photo by email.

- If the jewelry breaks after a few times, we cannot accept it back. We also expect a photo of the broken jewelry in the email. Unfortunately, you will not get the purchase price back, but you will get a 50% discount. My Favorites is not liable for the product breaking.

Shipping errors

- MyFavourites is not liable for errors caused by PostNL.
- Once the order has been correctly packed and shipped to the specified address, the responsibility no longer lies with MyFavourites.
- If your package has not arrived, you can still send us a DM or E-Mail about this (please mention the order number!). We cannot refund the order, but you will receive a discount code as compensation.

– MyFavourites accepts no liability for damage resulting from washing, drying, ironing, steaming or other forms of treatment to the article.

Returns Policy

The risk for returns always lies with the customer. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost return packages.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received. This means: tag on the item and no signs of use.

Once your return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE! Headgear, hair clips and jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene. Bags cannot be returned either, due to pre-order and the dimensions are also indicated on the website.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. We guarantee that the products meet the stated specifications and photos on the website. You can report an article that does not meet these specifications during your inspection to us and if the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge. MyFavourites only gives this guarantee if you inform us by email within 2 days of receipt that there is a problem with your received order.


You should send the email to info@myfavourites.nl and must include your name, product name, order number, date of receipt of your order and a clear explanation of the problem. Photos of the packaging (envelope, box and jewelry packaging) and photos of the broken, non-working or damaged product must be attached directly to this email.


The warranty does not cover worn products and when a defect has arisen as a result of or results from carelessness because you or someone else has tried to adjust the product or has used the product for a purpose it was not made for. We do not provide a warranty on fluff and pilling. Materials such as wool, acrylic, viscose and polyester, especially in sweaters, can pill.

In addition, we do not offer a washing and ironing guarantee, so handle your product with care and always read the washing instructions!.
