Returns Policy

- Returning clothing items is possible within 14 days. (Items from the Sale or via a Collab may NOT be returned)

- Returning jewelry and accessories is NOT possible due to hygiene

- If the piece of jewelry has arrived broken by post, we would like to receive a photo by email.

- If the piece of jewelry breaks after a few uses, we cannot accept returns. We also expect a photo of the broken piece of jewelry in the email. Unfortunately, you will not get the purchase amount back, but you will receive a 50% discount. My Favorites is not liable for product damage.

Shipping errors

- MyFavorites is not liable for errors caused by PostNL.
- Once the order has been correctly packed and shipped to the specified address, MyFavorites are no longer responsible.

- If your package has not arrived, you can still send us a DM or E-mail (mention the order number!) We cannot then reimburse the order, but you will receive a discount code as compensation.
– MyFavorites is not liable for loosening of buttons, stones, sequins or other applied components.
– MyFavorites accepts no liability for damage resulting from washing, drying, ironing, steaming or other forms of treatment of the item.

Return conditions

The risk for returns always lies with the customer. We are not responsible for unarrived or lost return packages.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received. This means: tag on the item and no traces of use.

When your return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

NB! Headgear, hair clips and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Bags cannot be returned due to pre-order and the dimensions are also indicated on the website.

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. We guarantee that the products meet the specifications and photos stated on the website. You can report an item to us that does not meet these requirements during your inspection and if the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. MyFavorites only provides this guarantee if you inform us by email within 2 days of receipt that there is a problem with your received order.


You should send the email to info@myfavourites.nl and must include your name, product name, order number, date of receipt of your order and a clear explanation of the problem. Photos of the packaging (envelope, box and jewelry packaging) and photos of the broken, non-working or damaged product must be attached directly to this email.


Worn products are not covered by the warranty and when a defect has arisen as a result of carelessness because you or someone else has tried to adjust the product or used the product for which it was not made.

In addition, we do not offer a washing and ironing guarantee, so handle your product with care and always read the washing instructions! MyFavorites is not liable for loosening of buttons, stones, sequins or other applied components. Register

Fill in your order number and zip code or track&trace and select the correct return reason. Then choose the carrier with which you want to return the package.

Pack

Pack the items in the original packaging (if reasonably possible), unworn & undamaged with tags. Make sure you remove the old shipping label. Also include the delivery note in the package otherwise we unfortunately cannot process it.

Send

Send your return via the previously chosen carrier. The costs for the return shipment must be paid by the customer.

Refund

We will process your return within 14 business days. You will then receive a refund within 1 to 5 business days on the account that was used for payment.

How does shipping work?

If you order your favorite items before 5:00 PM, your order will be packed and shipped the same day. During holidays, other occasions or exceptional situations, it may take a little longer before you receive your package. Don't worry, you can always track your package with the track & trace code that we send you. This way you know exactly when to expect it!

If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will take longer before your order is shipped. Your entire order will then be shipped out on the specified date.

How can I return items?

You may return your items up to 14 days after the date of receipt. This is allowed, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. You register one or more items for return via our returns portal.

How can I exchange items?

Is the size you ordered not quite right and would you prefer to receive a size smaller or larger?

You can easily exchange an item for a different size in our returns portal. You can exchange an item up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. To register your exchange return and create a shipping label, you can indicate 'exchange items' in the returns portal. If the item is no longer in stock, the money will be refunded to the account. You send the item back to us and we will send you the size you want! In this case, the return costs are for the customer, we will pay the shipping costs. Please also state on the packing slip that you want to exchange an item.

I have received a defective item

Have you accidentally received an item that is defective?

How annoying! you can report the item as 'defective' on our returns portal. This will make the costs free. After we have received your return, you can choose to receive a gift card for the amount or we will send you a new product. Please also state on the packing slip that the product is defective and where.

How does a refund work?

The way you receive your refund depends on the payment method. As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund your money to your bank account. When we have processed your return, you will receive an email from us. Depending on your bank, it may take 1 - 4 days for it to appear in your account.

Credit card: As soon as we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. Depending on your credit card company, this amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account or will remain on your credit card. Do you have a credit card that refunds the money?
