What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time of your order is always indicated at the top of the product page.
We try to ship all orders before 5:00 PM. This can sometimes take longer. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
You will receive a live tracking code as soon as your order is on its way!
I have pre-ordered, what is the delivery time?
Pre-orders have an average delivery time of two weeks, unless otherwise stated. If you also order items with a faster delivery time, your order will still be shipped once the pre-order delivery time has passed.
After you place an order, an automatic process begins to prepare your package for shipment as quickly as possible. Because your package is already too far along in the shipping process, it's not possible to change or cancel it. If you wish to receive another item, we recommend placing a new order or contacting our customer service team right away.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
If you want to change your delivery address, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. If your package hasn't been packed yet, we can still change the delivery address. If your package has already been packed, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
Can I return my order?
Yes, that's possible! You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. See our return policy for more information.
When is customer service available?
We're available weekdays, Tuesday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). We always do our best to help you with all your messages and questions as quickly as possible! Please allow approximately 5 business days for a response.
