Still not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days After receipt you have the option to return the product.

We have several return methods:

  • Exchange for a different size: Does your item not fit as expected? No worries, you can easily exchange it for a different size. The new size will only be shipped once we've received and processed your return. Please note that the item is not reserved, so exchanging it is not guaranteed. If the item is sold out, you'll receive a refund.
  • Receive store credit: Prefer to choose something else? We'll convert your refund into a My Favourites gift card, so you can get back to shopping right away.

  • Money back: Would you rather have your money back? No problem, we'll quickly arrange that for you.

After receiving your return package, it will be processed within 14 working days .

The product must meet the following requirements:

  • The tag is still attached to the garment
  • The item must not have been worn or washed
  • The item is in original condition and undamaged (no makeup stains, sweat and/or perfume odors)
  • Jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Packaging:

  • Please return the item in its original packaging.
