How do I return my order?
Want to exchange an item for a different size? Or get your money back? No problem! Follow the steps below to create your return.
Please note: You have 14 days to register your return after receiving the package.
Register
Enter your order number and zip code or track&trace number and select the correct return reason. Then choose the carrier with which you want to return the package. Create your return label here.
Pack
Pack the items in the original packaging (if reasonably possible), unworn & undamaged with tags. Make sure you remove the old shipping label. Also include the delivery note in the package otherwise we unfortunately cannot process it.
Send
Send your return via the previously chosen carrier. The costs for the return shipment must be paid by the customer.
Refund
We will process your return within 14 business days. You will then receive a refund within 1 to 5 business days on the account that was used for payment.
